The Toptank EVOD is a newly designed clearomizer by Kangertech. The Toptank EVOD is a glass tank that is called a “Toptank” for good reason. Most tanks and clearomizers are filled from the bottom, but the introduction of sub ohm, high-output systems, made the top-fill method desirable.
